Appointment Calendar

Roger consults at a number venues across the North West and Midlands. Please advise where this would be most convenient for you and we will arrange this for you.

Attending for your appointment
It is helpful for your GP to know that you are coming to this appointment. Please obtain a letter of referral so we can send details of your consultation letter back to your GP.

Roger is registered with most insurance companies. If you are insured, it is worth checking with your insurance company about the requirement for a referral letter and obtaining approval from them (your insurers will provide you with an authorisation number).

If you are under the care of a physiotherapist please let them know so they can provide details of your treatment so far and we can communicate any future treatment plans.

It is useful when you come to your appointment to bring a list of medication and summary of your past medical history. It is also useful if you wear shorts or a sports top to your appointment, this will make examination easier. Whilst Roger has a wealth of knowledge of many sports it is useful for him to understand your longer term goals and plans so we can discuss these when we meet.

The fee for consultation is £200.
